Guacamole Montaditos with Salmon

A simple, healthy recipe you’re sure to fall in love with.

The recipe

  • Peel the avocado, tomatoes and the spring onions.
  • Mash everything together with the lime juice and cayenne pepper.
  • Add guacamole to the inside of each piece of lettuce.
  • Cut the salmon and put on top of the guacamole.
  • Add a dash of soy sauce.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander and a little black sesame, and serve.

  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 lime
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 15g fresh coriander
  • 10g black sesame
  • Soy sauce
  • 5g cayenne pepper
