Guacamole Montaditos with Salmon
A simple, healthy recipe you’re sure to fall in love with.
The recipe
- Peel the avocado, tomatoes and the spring onions.
- Mash everything together with the lime juice and cayenne pepper.
- Add guacamole to the inside of each piece of lettuce.
- Cut the salmon and put on top of the guacamole.
- Add a dash of soy sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander and a little black sesame, and serve.

- 2 spring onions
- 2 avocados
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 lime
- 200g smoked salmon
- 15g fresh coriander
- 10g black sesame
- Soy sauce
- 5g cayenne pepper
