A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce
The recipe
Method:
- Put the breadcrumbs in cold water for a few minutes, until they are fully soaked. Then drain and add to your blender or food processor, together with the rest of the ingredients (minus the extra virgin olive oil). Blend everything together and add the extra virgin olive oil a little bit at a time so that the mixture emulsifies.
- Take out a Jimbee leaf, wash it and then, using a sauce bottle, add the sauce to each lettuce leaf. Serve with chopped almonds.

- 60-70g stale bread crumbs
- 1 cup of water
- ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 50g raw almonds
- ½ clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt to taste
