Jimbee Snack con Coliflor al horno
A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce
- Preheat the oven to 180°. Cut the cauliflower up into small florets. Wash thoroughly and spread over a baking tray. Add the curry powder and turmeric. Then add a dash of extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Shred the onion and add to the tray. Roast for 30 minutes.
- Take a Jimbee leaf and wash it. Then use a spoon to serve the cauliflower. Add a touch of lime and enjoy.
