Nachos with Jimbee Snack
A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce
The recipe
Method:
- Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl and set aside.
- Put the nachos on a plate, then take a Jimbee leaf, wash it and chop it. Put it on top of the nachos.
- Chop the cherry tomatoes, cut up the avocado and finely chop the coriander, and put it all on the plate.
- Generously drizzle the dressing over the top, and add a squeeze of lime.
Ingredients

- 1 avocado
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- Nachos
- Coriander
- Lime
Dressing:
- 1 natural soya yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of white tahini
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
