Prawn Montadito with Artichoke

The recipe

  • Spread a layer of cottage cheese on the lettuce.
  • Fry the artichokes along with the prawns and cherry tomatoes.
  • Distribute on top of the cheese.
  • Add soy sauce.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander on top, and serve.

  • 5 artichoke hearts (peeled or tinned hearts)
  • 10 peeled prawns
  • 300g cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Soy sauce
  • 15g fresh chive
