The recipe
Method:
- Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them. Heat up a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil and sauté the garlic until brown.
- In a bowl, add all of the vinaigrette ingredients and mix together.
- Take a Jimbee leaf and wash it. Add a bed of edible shoots, then use a spoon to add the fried garlic and drizzle generously with vinaigrette.

- ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
