A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce

The recipe

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until you get a smooth texture. Set aside.
  • Take a Jimbee leaf and wash it. Then use a spoon to put the pistachio cream onto the leaf. Place on top of a bed of edible shoots and serve.
Ingredients:

  • Jimbee Snack
  • Edible shoots

Pistachio cream:

  • 100g pistachios (soaked for a couple of hours)
  • ½ cup of vegetable stock
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
