Jimbee Snack with potato purée

A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce

The recipe


  • Heat up a pan of water and boil the potatoes with a pinch of salt. When they have finished cooking, cool them with some cold water and peel them.
  • Mash the cooked potatoes and add the rest of the ingredients to prepare the purée. You can do this by hand or using a blender if you prefer a more silky texture.
  • Take a Jimbee leaf and wash it. Then use a spoon to put the potato purée onto the leaf.

  • 2 cooked potatoes
  • ½ cup of gluten-free vegan oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
