Jimbee Snack filled with Italian Antipasto
A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce
The recipe
Instructions:
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Slice the olives thinly and set to one side.
- Finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to the bowl with the cherry tomatoes and olives.
- Add oregano, salt and nutritional yeast. Then add a little extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, and mix together.
- Take a Jimbee leaf, wash it and put it on a plate next to the bowl of Antipasto. Serve with a spoon.
