Jimbee Snack filled with Italian Antipasto

A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce

The recipe

Instructions:

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Slice the olives thinly and set to one side.
  • Finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to the bowl with the cherry tomatoes and olives.
  • Add oregano, salt and nutritional yeast. Then add a little extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, and mix together.
  • Take a Jimbee leaf, wash it and put it on a plate next to the bowl of Antipasto. Serve with a spoon.

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • Olives
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
