A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce

The recipe


  • Preheat the oven to 180°. Cut the cauliflower up into small florets. Wash thoroughly and spread over a baking tray. Add the curry powder and turmeric. Then add a dash of extra virgin olive oil and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Shred the onion and add to the tray. Roast for 30 minutes.
  • Take a Jimbee leaf and wash it. Then use a spoon to serve the cauliflower. Add a touch of lime and enjoy.

  • 2 cups of cauliflower
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric with pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
