Jimbee Snack with Tahini Ranch Dressing
A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce
The recipe
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl.
- Put the tahini sauce on a plate, add the chilli flakes and set aside.
- Take a Jimbee leaf, wash it and put it on the plate on top of the sauce. Add more sauce and chilli flakes on top of the leaf. Cut a small slice of lemon and add it to serve.

- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 sugar-free, plant-based yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of tahini
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
