Jimbee Snack with Tahini Ranch Dressing

A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce

The recipe


  • Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl.
  • Put the tahini sauce on a plate, add the chilli flakes and set aside.
  • Take a Jimbee leaf, wash it and put it on the plate on top of the sauce. Add more sauce and chilli flakes on top of the leaf. Cut a small slice of lemon and add it to serve.

  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 sugar-free, plant-based yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Aromatic herbs and chilli flakes
  • Lemon
