A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce
The recipe
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until you get a smooth texture. Set aside.
- Take a Jimbee leaf and wash it. Then use a spoon to put the pistachio cream onto the leaf. Place on top of a bed of edible shoots and serve.

Pistachio cream:
- 100g pistachios (soaked for a couple of hours)
- ½ cup of vegetable stock
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
