Nachos with Jimbee Snack

A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce

The recipe


  • Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl and set aside.
  • Put the nachos on a plate, then take a Jimbee leaf, wash it and chop it. Put it on top of the nachos.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes, cut up the avocado and finely chop the coriander, and put it all on the plate.
  • Generously drizzle the dressing over the top, and add a squeeze of lime.

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • Nachos
  • Coriander
  • Lime


  • 1 natural soya yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of white tahini
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
