Prawn Montadito with Artichoke
Enjoy this recipe with a mix of flavours on your favourite snack.
The recipe
- Spread a layer of cottage cheese on the lettuce.
- Fry the artichokes along with the prawns and cherry tomatoes.
- Distribute on top of the cheese.
- Add soy sauce.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander on top, and serve.

- 200g cottage cheese
- 5 artichoke hearts (peeled or tinned hearts)
- 10 peeled prawns
- 300g cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
- 15g fresh chive
