Jimbee Snack with couscous

A simple and healthy recipe to enjoy your Jimbee Snack Lettuce

The recipe


  • Heat up a pan of water. Once it’s simmering, add the couscous. Leave to cook for 5 minutes, then take off the heat. To prevent it from clumping, spread the couscous out on a tray with a little extra virgin olive oil and stir it.
    In the meantime, sauté the onion in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. Chop the cherry tomatoes while the onion is cooking. Once the onion begins to turn clear, add the cherry tomatoes, onions and curry powder.
  • Add the cooked couscous to the pan and mix together well. Add a little fresh chopped parsley.
  • Take a Jimbee leaf and wash it. Then use a spoon to serve the couscous.

  • ¼ cup of raisins
  • ½ onion
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of yellow curry powder
